You’re not lost. Your map is old.

I’ll give you a clear read on where your business is stagnant, and a plan to get you back on track.

You used to know exactly how this worked, how to find the right customers, close them, and deliver in a way that made the whole thing make sense. Somewhere along the way, as the business grew, that stopped adding up as cleanly as it used to, and you can’t quite point to why. You’re still working just as hard. You just don’t have the same read on the business you used to.

30 minutes to see if this makes sense for both of us.

Why This, Why Us

Growth doesn’t mean tearing up what’s already working. Most of what got you here is still right. This is about finding the one or two places it stopped keeping up, not rebuilding everything from scratch.

That means real conversations with the people actually running marketing, sales, ops, and delivery, not just a read of your numbers from the outside. The same instincts that built this business in the first place are still the fastest way to find where it’s actually breaking down now.

You get a plan built around the real cause of the slowdown, not a generic system stacked on top of what works.

What The Diagnostic Covers

Five steps to get you back on track:

01

Discovery Interviews

I talk directly with the people running each part of the business, so what we find reflects the ground as it actually is right now.

02

Diagnostic

Every gap gets mapped and ranked by impact, so we know exactly where the path broke down, not just where it feels rough.

03

ROI Estimate

Each opportunity gets a real number attached to it, cost and payoff, so the priority list is built on what actually moves you forward.

04

The Playbook

Everything gets organized into one map: what to fix first, what to plan for later, and the route that gets you back on track.

05

Presentation

We walk through the map together, so you leave knowing exactly where you’re headed and why, not just holding a document to interpret on your own.

What Changes For You

  • You finally see your business as one connected system, not a pile of separate fixes.
  • You know exactly where you lost the thread and why, instead of just a feeling that something’s off.
  • You get a plan built for your team and budget, tailored to what actually makes your business different.
  • Nothing gets proposed without a real number behind it, so you see the payoff before you commit.

Who You’re Working With

Running business process audits and consulting engagements since founding MMA in 2017 means this isn’t new territory, it’s the foundation of what MMA does. Before any of that, I spent fifteen years doing relationship and rapport work, which turns out to be exactly what it takes to get a straight answer out of a team that’s used to putting a good face on things.

Part of the job is helping you see your business as one connected system, if that’s not already how you look at it. Once you can see it that way, the fixes usually get obvious fast, that’s most of what an outside read is actually worth.

I’ve already walked this same pattern with a client: genuine expertise, strong demand, growth stuck well below what the business was capable of. The diagnostic found exactly where things had stalled, and gave them a clear roadmap to close the gap.

I run this same kind of systems thinking on my own business too. I recently rebuilt my own CRM setup to support how I work as a solo operator, instead of just bolting on more tools. This isn’t something I only diagnose in other people’s businesses.

It’s just me, plus a small bench of trusted contractors and vendors when a project needs more hands. You’re working directly with me, not handed off to an account manager.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost?

Every engagement gets scoped and priced individually based on what your business actually needs, so there’s no set number to quote before we talk. We’ll cover cost specifics on the call.

Why not just hire more people or push harder myself?

You can, and sometimes that’s the right move. The problem is more hours or more headcount usually gets thrown at a system that’s already fighting you, so the strain spreads out instead of going away. The diagnostic finds the real break first, so whatever you add next actually fixes something instead of just absorbing more of the same problem.

What if I already know roughly what’s wrong?

That happens a lot, and it’s a good sign, not a reason to skip this. Most owners have a hunch, they just don’t have the full picture or a roadmap to act on it with confidence. The diagnostic either confirms what you already suspected with real numbers behind it, or finds the thing sitting just outside what you could see from inside the business.

Am I locked into working with you after the diagnostic?

No. You get the playbook either way. What you do with it is up to you, and that includes whether I’m the one who builds it.

How is this different from other business consultants?

A lot of consulting starts with a framework and tries to make your business fit it. This starts with your business, finds what’s actually holding it back, and builds the plan around that. You get a roadmap sized to what’s really happening in your business, not a template with your name typed into it.

If your business is ready for a clearer read on what’s actually happening, this is how you get it. Book a time below and let’s find the way back.
