You know it’s time to use AI.

Knowing where to start is the hard part.

A 2-week audit that finds the one or two places AI will actually move the needle in your business, before you spend a dollar building anything.

You’re not behind, everyone around you already has some tool running too, most of them just can’t tell you yet what it’s actually saving them.

I spend two weeks finding out where AI actually pays off before I recommend anything, real interviews with the people doing the work instead of a generic checklist, and a prioritized list with real dollar figures attached to it, so you know exactly where it’s worth building something and where it isn’t.

30 minutes to see if this makes sense for both of us.

Why This, Why Us

Most audits ask your team the same handful of questions everyone else asks, and get the same careful answers everyone else gets, because nobody wants to be the one who says the process is broken or the numbers don’t add up. I spend real time with the people actually doing the work, not just the people describing it in a meeting, and because they trust I’m not there to make anyone look bad, they tell me what’s actually happening. That’s where the real opportunities show up, not in a survey.

You don’t get a roadmap until I understand what you’re actually working with, sized to your team, not a template with your logo on it.

What Phase 1 Covers

Two weeks, five steps:

01

Discovery Interviews

Findings come from what’s actually happening day to day, gathered directly rather than filtered through a summary meeting.

02

Opportunity Identification

I surface the quick wins you can move on right away, and flag the bigger opportunities worth watching for down the road, rather than trying to catalog everything AI could theoretically touch.

03

ROI Calculation

Each opportunity gets a real number attached to it, so priority is based on impact, not novelty.

04

Playbook

Everything gets organized into one prioritized roadmap: what to do first, what to plan for later, and why.

05

Presentation

We go through the playbook together, a real conversation walking through the short, mid, and long-term recommendations, not something handed off for you to interpret alone.

What Changes For You

  • You know which AI projects are actually worth doing first, instead of guessing or chasing whatever’s trending.
  • Whatever gets built fits how your business actually works, not a generic tool forced into your workflow.
  • You see the real cost and payoff before committing to build anything.
  • You help set the priorities up front, rather than getting handed a list to just trust.

Who You’re Working With

Fifteen years of getting people to tell me what they’d never tell a consultant means the audit finds your real bottleneck, not the polite version of it. That skill is a decade of relationship and rapport work I did before I ever ran a business audit.

The audit itself runs on the same process discipline I’ve used across dozens of business audits and consulting engagements since founding MMA in 2017. AI is the newest thing I’m applying that discipline to, and I’m doing it in the open: one live case study in progress right now, more lined up this month, rather than claiming a track record I haven’t earned yet.

I also use AI in my own business, running a system that connects to my other tools, automates tasks, and manages my schedule and workload across everything I’m juggling day to day, so this isn’t something I’m selling without having used it myself.

It’s just me, plus a small bench of trusted contractors and vendors when a project needs more hands. You’re working directly with the person doing the audit, not routed through an account manager.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost?

Every engagement gets scoped and priced individually based on what your business actually needs, so there’s no set number to quote before we talk. We’ll cover cost specifics on the call.

Why not just try an AI tool myself first?

You can, plenty of people do, and some of it works out fine. The problem is you’re guessing at which tool solves which problem, and most of the cost isn’t the tool itself, it’s the time spent finding out it wasn’t the right one. The audit tells you that up front instead of after you’ve already built it.

What if the audit doesn’t find anything worth doing?

That’s a real possibility, and I’d rather tell you that than force a recommendation that isn’t there. If the numbers don’t support building anything yet, you’ll know that too, and you’ll have saved yourself from spending real money finding it out the hard way.

Am I locked into working with you after the audit?

No. You get the playbook and the numbers either way. What you do with it is up to you, and that includes whether I’m the one who builds it.

How is this different from other AI consultants?

This is real consulting, focused on using AI to solve common business challenges, not AI product sales masquerading as business consulting. Most of what you’ll hear from an AI consultant is a demo and a subscription pitch. What you get from me is conversations with the people doing the work, a ranked list of what’s actually worth doing, and numbers behind it before you spend anything building.

If AI is worth doing in your business, this is how you find out without guessing. Book a time below and we’ll go from there.
